I had a 24 year old dysfunctional kitchen in a Toorak 3 level townhouse.I got Procoat to update.Without crapping on & on & on about my $51,000 Procoat kitchen reno, the following will suffice -- cost effective- easy and most pleasurable to deal with- great ideas & suggestions- great in-house tradies- excellent work/excellent results- impeccable communication- reliable- most accommodating- fantastic end-resultI was so pleased & so impressed with the kitchen update; I got Ian & staff to renovate my ensuite & bathroom a month later (once I recovered from the kitchen reno).In this case, more than pleased to write a glowing review (I rarely if ever write reviews & I’m certainly not one easy to please).Great work Ian & Co from a pleased, relieved & very grateful customer.

My experience with Procoat was nothing short of excellent, from start to finish, although I looked at the google reviews they had which was very good, sometimes I have seen that even the companies with good reviews are nice at first but a whole different bad experience once they start the work, this was not the case with Procoat, they were not only fantastic to deal with in the quoting stage, they were fantastic in the work they did, we had our kitchen cupboards and panels redone from vinyl rap to a 2 pack painted finish, 2 of there tradesmen came out to remove all the existing doors and panels to take them to there factory to have this done, we were very nervous of the work quality and tradesmen behavior, well let me tell you that we were more than surprised, the tradesmen were exceptional in the work they did and there polite and professional manner, Matt and chao did a fantastic job and went above and beyond, we were shocked as we have never come across a company of this nature, from dismantle to install, the work was done with perfection, our kitchen looks absolutely amazing, far better than we thought it would.Although it wasn’t a cheap exercise to get this done, it was worth every penny with Procoat, it felt so good to deal with people that not only know what they are doing but perform their work with such care and precision.I would like to that the whole crew at Procoat, George, Ian, Judy, Laura, and a very special thank you to Matt & chao(hope I spelt your name correctly chao, sorry if I haven’t) , you have all exceeded our expectations, I would give you 50 stars if I could.

Chao fixed the drawer in my kitchen. He was thorough, got to the problem immediately and with no fuss he fixed up the drawer which required a bit of extra adjustment because it was several years old. When he finished the repair he left the drawer and bench in perfect condition with contents placed back. I am really delighted with the repairs and the service prior to work being scheduled. Many thanks to Chao and all at Procoat. Very grateful.

We had a great experience renovating our kitchen with Procoat Kitchens. Despite being well out of my comfort zone, Ian, George and the team communicated clearly at every stage of the project planning and installation. They were professional, well-priced and always available to answer my (often stupid) questions. We replaced all cabinet doors, benchtops, splashback, sink and appliances and it all went off without a hitch. The team's attention to detail meant that we are really happy with the finished product. We cook and entertain a lot and are really happy with the finish and functionality of our new kitchen, thanks to the Procoat team.

We had a kitchen renovation done with Procoat and we couldn’t be happier with the process, diligence and professionalism of all the team involved.Procoat is a long standing Australian owned local family business whose customer service and concern for excellence is second to none.We changed the profile of the kitchen, the cabinet design including the colour, new hardware and redesigned a couple of areas. I’d been working on concepts of the design for a few years so communicating my design elements and translating the details of that took some time and patience. Initially, like most things, it was quite daunting initially, however I was grateful for some advice from Ian and George who were very positive and supportive throughout. Communication was excellent. Our job definitely wasn’t one out of the box! Thank you Ian! And thank you also George. The entire team at Procoat are fantastic! The kitchen and design posed a few challenges along the way however working together with Procoat particularly with Ian before the contract was drafted, provided me the assurance and confidence they could give me the kitchen I’d dreamed of for our space. It truly was a collaboration and a joyful , memorable experience.It would be remiss of us not to mention the fantastic, hard working entire team at Procoat. It was great speaking with Laura initially who was very helpful, then later meeting her at the office. Thank you also to lovely Judy in accounts!We are also very grateful for the diligence, professionalism and respectful approach of Mike particularly who was instrumental in seeing the job through from start to finish. Mike met every challenge positively with the view to achieving an excellent finish. Chow and Matt were also instrumental in making the experience a very enjoyable and positive one and thank you also to Sean. They did a great job and even after it was all finished and I had a little issue they were responsive and came to check out the issue, this is really important to me because it shows that they take their job seriously and care about their customers before and after the job is completed!

Procoat team did a great job with colour matching and 2pac finish for my 2 kitchen drawer front panels. The original vinyl wrap peeled off due to oven heat. The new 2 pac finish look exactly the same as the rest of the original kitchen cabinets with vinyl wrap. If I need to renovate my kitchen I will definitely go back to them. High quality work. The space was very challenging being a small unit but Ian took on the challenge to deliver a great final product. The colour selection process was very collaborative and the install was smooth with great communication at all times. While comparing options to renovate our kitchen, we concluded that most kitchen renovators were interested in full refurbishment which required a budget of AUD 50 K or more.We stumbled across Procoat Kitchens and cannot thank our lucky stars enough. Complete 10 out of 10 in all aspects:Design: Ian with his experience is professional, meticulous, flexible and provides numerous options that improves workflow, aesthetics and efficiency.Communication: Excellent; Contract specifies minute details. Staff at all levels friendly, approachable and respectful. Phone calls, email and messages answered promptly.WHS: Followed, work done in earthly hours and prior to the work day, reminder email sent to clients regarding flu or unwell symptomsTimelines: Schedules met and they always leave a functional kitchen at various stages of the project.Quality of work: Excellent and Happy with outcome. Staff take pride in their work and conduct rework until you are satisfied.Post work the area is cleaned up.Trustworthy: Physical workshop site present along with small demo kitchen. We left our house keys with them to do work in our absence.Pricing and Financials: Competitive; Value for money; Staged payment plan available with a proper ABN, account and insurance provision. We had our kitchen modernized by Procoat a couple of years ago. They attended to a minor repair recently although the Warranty period had just lapsed . The staff at Procoat were pleasant , co- operative & professional in facilitating the repair.The tradesmen -Sean - who attended yesterday was competent, thorough and knowledgeable about the entire layout of the kitchen. Our reno was complex by renovating external facings of existing doors, drawers and panels, fitting our existing appliances and merging new components. Timelines were maintained. Procoat immediately sent out a representative to advise on resurfacing kitchen cabinet doors and replacing a kitchen bench. This began our work with Procoat, to develop a plan and timetable to complete this task. Procoat completed all work strictly to their timetable and did so to a wonderfully high level of workmanship. On time and on budget. Procoat has been a wonderful company to deal with - from the very first contact to the final installation. Everything was organised and professional. We totally recommend this firm. Procoat consists of wonderful teams in the workshops, front office, back office, installation teams and "on the road" reps. All doing a great job in the most friendly, cooperative ways. Nothing but praise for this organisation, who provided a magnificent solution for us.

The cabinet in our apartment which is a 2 Pak finish was badly scratched. There were a lot of kitchen suppliers out there but no one would like to take a small job, except for Procoat! Procoat was very professional and responsive. Luke who took the cabinet from my husband and also who I got the cabinet from was really really nice! Also, as you can see the before and after, it is spotless and it’s like nothing ever happened! I highly recommend Procoat. I am so pleased with the quality of service they provided to us!!!! If only I can give 6 stars!!!!

Firstly the guys were happy to talk through a problem that I was facing due to my dishwasher leaking and having damaged the bottom frame. Then they gave me a date when they would attend and implement the solution that we had agree upon.There communications were exceptional prior to the appointment. The guys had prepared everything prior to attending and were extremely efficient in installing. They cleaned up perfectly and total cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

Like most, I never usually go out of my way to post a review unless i have had a negative experience, but you guys have been so proffesional and helpful I would be remiss if I didn't share my experience. From start to finish, George and Ian have been fantastic. The kitchen Reno was a Christmas gift to my wife, and with super short notice they squeezed me in and got the job done right and on time. They even ordered extra panels I needed and couldn't track down, had them routed to my specs and painted with the rest of the job. What an absolute pleasure to have my kitchen changed from daggy white melamine to a smart 2 pac finish , expertly matched to my Dulux colour choice . Every person I was in contact with was professional, informed and knew the answers to my questions .Shoutout to James who came and di the quote and followed up with me and then to Jonny and his mate who did an amazing job getting everything out for re surfacing. Luke was also excellent , a problem solving perfectionist. The re instal was smooth ( thanks again Jonny and Luke) You literally cannot see where the old handles were and the new ones are so much nicer !My friends cannot believe the difference and all assume they are all new doors etc !I can’t figure out o add a photo unfortunately

I am thrilled with the colour of the fresh sage2pac cupboards and all the other work such as drawers added under the pantry which makes extra storage. The european laundry with the new cupboard and doors done the same, now looks professional and finished and has made me extremely happy. A big thankyou to Jack and Johnny who were so professional and made it look all so easy. Even when there was a problem they just worked it out and everything kept moving with a level excellent workmanship which kept me calm. He did a great job at colour matching the dulux colour I wanted and the finished product was beautifully done. George was also a pleasure to deal with. I’m a very happy customer.
